Ingredients
- 4 lb butter unsalted, room temperature
- 14 cups sugar
- 4 oz vanilla extract
- 35 ea eggs
- 16 cups flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 4 tsp salt
Lemon Glaze
- 2 cups lemon juice
- 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
Cream
- Cream butter with sugar and vanilla.
Sift
- Sift dry ingredients. Add to creamed butter alternating with adding eggs. Do not over mix!
Divide
- Divide batter into 4 parchment lined bread pans.
Bake
- Preheat oven to 350F. Bake for 45 minutes. Reduce temperature to 300F and bake for another 45 minutes. Remove and let cool. Remove from pan by lifting up on the parchment paper. Remove parchment paper.
Glaze
- Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice to a thick glaze. Ice the loafs with lemon glaze.
