Instructions
In soup pot heat oil and sweat onions and carrots with tarragon until almost tender. Add peas and sweat additional 5 minutes.
Add stock, bring to boil, simmer until peas are tender and soup thickens.
Add ham and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
