Cream together butter, brown sugar, sugar.
Add vanilla. Add eggs slowly one at a time.
Drain excess oil from peanut butter, add peanut butter.
Sift
Sift dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture and mix 2 minutes.
Roll dough into logs on parchment paper and freeze.
Bake
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
Portion 4 oz. dough on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Flatten portioned dough, score with fork.
Bake 12-15 minutes until lightly browned.
Do not overbake!
