Ingredients
- 5 lbs butter unsalted
- 10 cups brown sugar
- 10 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup vanilla extract
- 5 lbs peanut butter natural, oil poured off
- 20 ea eggs
- 25 cups flour apf
- 2 tbsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp salt

Cream
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, sugar. Add vanilla. Add eggs slowly one at a time. Drain excess oil from peanut butter, add peanut butter.
Sift
- Sift dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture and mix 2 minutes. Roll dough into logs on parchment paper and freeze.
Bake
- Pre-heat oven to 350F. Portion 4 oz. dough on parchment lined cookie sheet. Flatten portioned dough, score with fork. Bake 12-15 minutes until lightly browned. Do not overbake!
