Ingredients
- 3 lbs butter soft
- 8 cups sugar
- 18 each eggs
- 10 each oranges ends trimmed, pureed in food processor
- 16 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 8 cups craisins soaked in 1/2 cup grand marnier (optional)

Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix and scrape sides of the bowl. Add 2/3 of the flour and mix for 2 minutes. Add citrus, craisins and remaining flour. Mix well for another 2 minutes. Divide batter into four loaf pans lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 350F. Bake for 45 minutes, reduce temperature to 300F and bake approx. 30 minutes until done or inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from loaf pans. Let cool. Remove parchment paper and slice to serve or wrap and freeze.
