  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix and scrape sides of the bowl. Add 2/3 of the flour and mix for 2 minutes. Add citrus, craisins and remaining flour. Mix well for another 2 minutes. Divide batter into four loaf pans lined with parchment paper.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F. Bake for 45 minutes, reduce temperature to 300F and bake approx. 30 minutes until done or inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Remove from loaf pans. Let cool. Remove parchment paper and slice to serve or wrap and freeze.
