Ingredients
- 4 lb butter unsalted, room temperature
- 8 cups brown sugar
- 8 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup vanilla extract
- 16 ea eggs
- 12 cups flour
- 3 tbsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp salt
- 8 cups craisins
- 8 cups chocolate chips white
- 24 cups oats old fashioned

Cream
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, sugar. Add vanilla. Add eggs slowly one at a time.
Sift
- Sift dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture and mix 1 minute. Add oats and mix 1 minute. Add craisins, chocolate chips and mix until just combined. Roll dough into logs on parchment paper and freeze.
Bake
- Pre-heat oven to 350F. Portion 4 oz dough, place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Flatten dough into cookie shape. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned. Do not overbake!
