Pre-heat oven to 300F.
Place mix on 4 sheet trays, lined with parchment paper, avoid corners.
Pat flat to approx. 1/2″ thick.
Dry-light toast for about 60 minutes.
Rotate often – do not over bake!
After baking, let cool.
Crumble up and store in airtight container or freeze.
Serve with dried cranberries, milk, or yoghurt.
