Ingredients
- 5 lb oats old fashioned
- 20 oz wheat germ
- 2 cups poppy seeds
- 4 cups sesame seeds
- 4 cups sunflowers seeds
- 8 cups almonds whole
- 4 cups coconut oil
- 3 cups honey
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp almond extract
- 6 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp salt
- 4 tbsp orange zest approx. 4 oranges

Mix
- In mixer paddle and incorporate all items.
Bake
- Pre-heat oven to 300F. Place mix on 4 sheet trays, lined with parchment paper, avoid corners. Pat flat to approx. 1/2" thick. Dry-light toast for about 60 minutes. Rotate often - do not over bake! After baking, let cool. Crumble up and store in airtight container or freeze. Serve with dried cranberries, milk, or yoghurt.
