Ingredients

thighs

garlic
peeled

hearts, diced small and include tender leaves from hearts

soy sauce

mayonnaise
up to 4 cups
Instructions
Boil chicken
Boil chicken with garlic in water. When tender, remove chicken. After 30 min. strain and reserve broth for soup stock.
Assemble
Dice chicken in small cubes Add celery hearts. Mix with soy sauce and let marinate for 20 minutes. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
