Ingredients
- 34 ea bananas ripe
- 3 lb yoghurt plain
- 1.5 lb butter unsalted, melted
- 3 tbsp vanilla extract
- 16 ea eggs
- 16 cups flour
- 6 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp baking soda
- 4 tbsp salt
- 8 cups chocolate chips

Wet ingredients
- In mixing bowl paddle wet ingredients.
Dry ingredients
- Sift dry ingredients.
Mix
- Add dry ingredients to wet mixing only until just mixed. The lightness of the loaf depends on minimal gluten structure - Do not over mix!
Divide
- Divide batter into 4 parchment lined bread pans
Bake
- Pre-heat oven to 350F and bake for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 300F and bake for another 45 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and let cool, remove from bread pan, remove parchment paper. Wrap and freeze or slice to serve.
