Melt Chocolate
- Melt chocolate and butter in bowl over water bath - do not scorch.
Mix
- Mix sugar and eggs with mixer on low speed. Add melted butter/chocolate on low. Add remaining ingredients. Pour batter in parchment lined sheet tray and spread evenly.
Bake
- Pre-heat oven to 350F and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and remove from pan by inverting sheet pan using the bottom of a second pan with parchment paper. Peel back parchment paper and cut into 32 brownies. Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired. Can be wrapped individually and frozen.
